Capay Agave is situated at the gateway to the beautiful Capay Valley. Founded in 2026, Capay Agave sits on the Salonites Ranch which was established in 1925. Its old windmill has been a permanent sentinel and become an historic landmark for passersby on State Route 16. We are proud of our roots in Yolo County and reinventing the Salonites Family's farming legacy by growing agave.

Grow superior quality agave pinas and be a trusted partner for the burgeoning craft distillers industry in California and beyond.
